Happy America's Birthday everyone! Caroline did some decorating yesterday and helped cook a couple apple pies. Today we have golf cart races, a parade and a community party (at which I am entering the cookie bake off). We hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

AMY ONSTOTT!!!!!! How are you? Lilly gave me your blog, your daughter is beautiful, you look as vibrant and happy as ever and I am awe struck by the photos of your journey through Ike. Wow.
Seriously....it's been 16ish years? I've wondered how you were many times...and Lilly tells me that your mom faithfully reads the tribune and yes, she was right...that was my Grandma!
Much love to you,
Katie
